Lately we have been exploring the world of seaweed and its true what the creator Sarah says, makes every meal more delicious with 100% natural seaweed. Miso is naturally high in umami so when you add it to food, you are not necessarily trying to make it taste like Miso, you are adding flavour and the Miso flavour is a little salty, a little sweet, a little sour and a lot of savoury, all in perfect balance.
These product can be used in almost any dish and we love using the Yellow chickpea miso to pimp up guacamole, which is one of our favourite uses for this product.
