Planted Life is all about creating a connection with nature, as we like to say we love to kiss the earth regularly with our feet. With each outing we feel more connected with the environment and most importantly more connected with ourselves. We hear and feel the sounds around us, we let the wind, the birds, the cracking of the trees distract us from what can be an overactive and very talkative mind. Trail running in particular can be a very isolating sport; you are driven by your own self, trust, belief and goals however there are a team of people behind every runner who helps prop them up when the going gets tough. We train and race hard and this means we need clothing and equipment that is going to stand up to the endurance test.
