How do I create an account?

You can Log in to your account from here, or by using the link at the top of the page.

Don’t have an account? Register here.

Once you have registered, you’ll receive an email confirming your new Planted Life account. Please note that you don’t need to register before purchasing products from us, you may also check out as a guest on the checkout page. But by creating account you will be able to track your order and see your previous orders.

How do I update my details?

Log in to your account and edit your details here.

Click ‘Save’ to save any changes you have made.

What if I forget my username and password?

You can edit your password and account details here.

Please make sure you are logged in first.

When you set up your username and password remember these and write them down somewhere safe. We would suggest you create a username that is letters, numbers and lower and uppercase.

 

Payment

Are your prices in Australian Dollars?

Yes, all prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (if applicable).

What payment types do you accept?

Paypal

How do I know my order has been placed and my credit card has been charged?

When your order was placed you should receive an email confirmation that has an order number. By returning to our store site and logging in, you can track progress of your order from the order number.

After checkout but before payment, can I change my order?

Yes at checkout and before payment you can add more items or remove items from your cart, before proceeding to pay. However once payment has been made you are unable to change your order.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is a payment method for online purchases that allows users to send and receive money online. It offers a fast, safe and easy method of payment without disclosing your credit card or other financial information to the merchant.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my PayPal account?

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with PayPal account problems. If you have problems with your PayPal, please contact their Customer Service team here.

When will my payment be deducted from my PayPal account?

When placing an order, payment will be deducted from your PayPal account immediately.
