What a pleasure this book is. This book has been a recent addition to our Planted bookcase but one that already has traces of ingredients over its pages proving it’s a must for everyone’s home.

Vegan’s Table offers recipes and menus for every occasion and season, although bear in mind it is written from an American’s point of view (but easily adaptable to our Australian climate). This book features invaluable tips and advice about a plant based diet and shows you how easy it is to cook a meal for two or a gathering of 10!
