As a plant-based athlete and business owner I had the opportunity to sit down with Tory, The Health Bloke to talk all things power and plants. From dispelling the myths that all vegans are tree hugging hippies, weak and nutritionally challenged to defining why I use the term “plant-based” more than I do “vegan” to define my lifestyle food choice, this was a conversation that I hope motivates as much as it does educate the listeners who are plant-curious.
