The Planted Life workshops cover how to change, adopt and embrace a plant-based lifestyle. Our programs are designed by Amanda Meggison in conjunction with some top-notch experts who will blow your mind with their knowledge of living and training on a plant-based diet.
These workshops cover every aspect of your food and fitness, from pantry staples to what to eat when training and running your first running event. We’ll look at pre-workout, post-workout, endurance and recovery, plus everyday meals and snacks. We have left no stone unturned when it comes to talking about vegan nutrition and workout fuel.
Our simple techniques and tools can be easily incorporated into your daily life to improve your health and wellbeing. We’ll provide real-world solutions (not vague promises or a confusing thesis) to help you set and reach your fitness goals. We’ll put you outside of your comfort zone so that you can truly achieve greatness (and we’ll make you feel comfortable with the process!) You can do anything that you set your mind to. We’ll just encourage the right mindset to get you there.
