30-Day Plant-based Diet Challenge
What’s its all about?
For 30 days you will adopt a plant-based vegan diet eating the whole plant and nothing but the plant for the duration of the challenge.
What is a plant-based (vegan) diet?
A plant-based (vegan) diet excludes all animal products including meat, fish, dairy, eggs and honey as well as other more hidden animal ingredients such as gelatin.
What can I eat for 30-days?
Anything and everything as long as it sourced from plant matter; fruit, vegetables, legumes, beans, soy, nuts and seeds. And yes you can even have cheese (nut cheese that is!)
It is said that to form a new habit it takes 30 days; this time frame is short enough to be inspiring but long enough to be believable right.? In reality it takes on average more than two months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact but for our challenge we are going with 30 days. Its gotta be worth a shot doesn’t it?

What does each day look like?
Each day we will focus on something new; from how to bake without eggs to how to cook with (& like) tofu! Our tips and guidance will help you make more informed choices when out shopping or eating out at a cafe/restaurant and have you ordering more than just carrots and lettuce.
Daily you will grow more confident in the foods to eat and where to get protein, iron and calcium without the need to consume a egg & bacon muffin! As you progress through the days you will quickly be saying goodbye to feeling overwhelmed and unfamiliar with plant-based food choices; you will be forming new informed habits and we promise you, you will start to thrive.
