Our partner carrier, Australia Post, will deliver your order. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s journey to your door. Postage fees are charged at a flat rate of $9.95.
What happens to the delivery if no-one’s home?
When no signature is required deliveries can be made. If you requested an Australia Post service that requires signature then someone will need to sign. The postal service will leave a card notifying you of an attempted parcel delivery and indicating where to make contact and after what time to pick up (usually from your local post office).
Changing your shipping address
We know you want your order fast so our team at the warehouse aims to process and pack your order as quickly as possible. This means that if you need to make changes to your order (including your shipping address), we can only do so if it hasn’t left the warehouse.
To change your shipping address, send us an email within 12 hours of placing your order and we will ensure your order is sent to the correct address.
Tarian Pantry is not responsible for any orders sent to an incorrect address.
Where does the Planted Life deliver?
Planted Life delivers to anywhere in Australia including PO boxes (Australia Post only) and worldwide (electronic purchases only).
Can you deliver to isolated locations?
Yes, as long as your delivery address is known to Australia post your item will be delivered.
Do you deliver overseas?
Sorry, at the present time we only deliver actual products within Australia however electronic products are delivered world wide via electronic means.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday. We do not send orders on public holidays or weekends. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery from confirmation of payment.
Can I specify a delivery time?
Unfortunately not, as Australia Post delivers packages we can make any guarantees once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse. Standard delivery timeframes are dependent on your location. Please note that in rural and remote areas of Australia, delivery times are subject to the Australia Post delivery schedule for that area.
How can I calculate the delivery cost without purchasing?
At Planted Life we know that postage costs are a concern for customers shopping online (although if you think about it, you save money because you forgot about the cost of your time, petrol, parking, and parking tickets!). Our website automatically calculates delivery costs at a flat rate of $9.95. If you choose not to proceed with the order, you can navigate away from this page without any of your details or order being recorded.
Lost or delayed parcels
Planted Life will not be held responsible for any lost or delayed parcels dispatched via Australia Post. Planted Life does not take responsibility for direct or indirect damages and consequential losses associated with damage to goods arising due to any delay in delivery of the goods or any failure to deliver the goods ordered by you for whatever reason.
Tracking my order
Can I follow progress of my order?
Yes, you can see if your transaction has taken place, pending, packaged, shipped etc by logging in to track progress.
Do you have order tracking?
We do have tracking on orders, this number will be sent to you once your order has been processed/dispatched.
How do I know when my order has been delivered to the designated address?
You can track this via Australia Post’s tracking service; http://auspost.com.au/track/ using the tracking number provided to you by the Planted Life team.
Who do I contact about my order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number and your daytime telephone number and we will contact you.
Why can’t I find my order to check its progress?
When your order was placed you should receive an email confirmation that has an order number. By logging in to our site you can track progress of your order from the order number. Please check your “junk/spam” filter if you haven’t received this email.
Returns & Refunds
In the unlikely event that the goods you have ordered are seen to be less than 100% perfect, please contact us within 24 hours via email email@example.com
If a product is proven to be in less than 100% condition, we will offer a full refund for that product as calculated by Planted Life. You will not be refunded for postage costs or the total cost of the order. Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.
We pride ourselves on our quality and inspect all products thoroughly before each hamper is sent out, ensuring they reach you in immaculate condition. We will not be held responsible for damage caused by Australia Post.
If you received an item you did not order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
All returned goods must be returned in their original condition/packaging and returned toPlanted Life, PO Box 6246, Melbourne VIC 3004.
We also understand that sometimes you change your mind however we do not offer refunds on products if you do simply change your mind. We provide as much information about each product as we can so that you can make an informed choice about your purchase.
