We embrace and welcome all and sundry to discover the benefits of plant-based health and fitness, whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, veg-friendly or plant-curious. Our tribe of like-minded beings includes vegan athletes, casual fitness enthusiasts, the busy and the burnt-out, the sedentary and the somewhere-in-betweens. The one thing we all share is a passion or curiosity for pure plant energy.

In our shop, you’ll find a range of Positive Eating programs to suit your budget and need all of which focus on the promotion of a healthy body and mind. These programs provide assistance when adopting a lifestyle diet rich in ethical and sustainable wholefoods, superfoods, raw foods and minimally processed foods. Our programs are designed for power and endurance and overall health and vitality.
All the products mentioned in the Positive Eating programs are mindfully promoted and recommended. We choose to support Australian companies who prioritise local and sustainable ingredients, use minimal processing and care for our environment. We look for suppliers who have a story – one that we are happy to align with and that we can pass on to our customers too.
